Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms govern your use of the SolvSolar platform, including the proposal engine, installer dashboard, wallet credits and any documents generated through the service.

1. Who we are

SolvSolar is an online cloud SaaS platform owned, operated and billed by PG Software Technologies (GSTIN 06AKEPG7001P2Z5), trading as SolvSolar Technologies, Udyam Reg. No. UDYAM-HR-03-0162455. These terms apply to every visitor and account holder using the platform.

2. Accounts and eligibility

Accounts are intended for solar installers, EPC firms and their staff. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business details, tax identifiers and contact information you register, and for keeping your login credentials confidential. A tax identifier may only be registered once; duplicate registrations may be suspended.

3. Subscriptions, wallet credits and billing

SolvSolar is offered on subscription plans and on a pay-per-kW wallet basis. Prices, plan inclusions and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Payments are processed by our payment partner; we do not store card details. Wallet credits are consumed as proposals are generated and are non-transferable between accounts.

Unless required by law, fees already charged for a completed billing period or for consumed wallet credits are non-refundable. You can stop future renewals at any time from your billing page.

4. Proposals, calculations and professional judgement

Generation estimates, subsidy amounts, tariff assumptions, DISCOM rules and financial outputs produced by SolvSolar are indicative modelling aids. Regulations and scheme amounts change frequently. You remain the professional of record: verify every figure against the current DISCOM circular, regulator order and site survey before issuing a proposal to a customer. SolvSolar is not a party to any contract between you and your customer.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the customer data, pricing, bills of material and branding you upload. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process and render that content in order to operate the service. You confirm you have the right to use any logo or customer data you upload.

6. Acceptable use

Do not resell platform access, scrape the service in bulk, attempt to bypass usage metering, upload unlawful content, or use SolvSolar to send unsolicited messages. We may suspend accounts that put the platform, its data or other installers at risk.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep SolvSolar available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change or retire features. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost business opportunities.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or non-payment. On termination you may export your proposals for a reasonable period before data is removed in line with our privacy policy.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the platform evolves; material changes will be reflected on this page. Governing law is that of India, with courts at Haryana having jurisdiction. Questions go to support@solvsolar.in.
