A 5–10 kW residential rooftop EPC project takes 7–15 working days on site, and 100 kW-plus commercial projects run 4–10 weeks. Net-metering approval adds another 2–8 weeks depending on the utility, and that approval, not construction, is usually the critical path. Budget six to ten weeks end to end for a typical home installation.
